Prototypes are ultimately essential for proving designs, but all necessary adjustments and fine tuning can be achieved in the 3D computer model beforehand, leading to final prototype production. These models can also be animated, reflecting actual part movement (in real time,) and full assemblies, and/or replicating forensic specifications for courtroom trial exhibits.
